CLSACC marked its 40th anniversary (1970 - 2010) with an evening of celebration and fundraising on September 27, 2010, at UpStairs on the Square in Cambridge. Over 180 supporters - present and past volunteers and staff, donors, members of the legal and psychological professions, community partners, and friends - shared in the festivities.

The event celebrated the more than 40,000 clients who have been helped by CLSACC's services, the over 1000 volunteers and staff, and the many people who have donated generously to the agency over its 40 year history.

Awards were presented to Dr. Joseph Brenner who founded the agency as Cambridgeport Problem Center in 1970 and to 13 individuals who have served CLSACC and its clients for 20 years or more.
